Por ello, desarrollamos grupos de sanaci\u00f3n y acompa\u00f1amiento colectivo, donde las participantes pueden compartir experiencias, emociones y herramientas en un ambiente de confianza, solidaridad y cuidado.<\/p><p>Estos espacios buscan fortalecer las redes de apoyo, recuperar saberes y recursos personales y colectivos, y construir juntas nuevas formas de bienestar y autonom\u00eda.<\/p><p><strong>Sanaci\u00f3n individual y colectiva<\/strong><\/p><p>Nuestro enfoque reconoce que el bienestar emocional no depende \u00fanicamente de la experiencia individual.
